Amerequip Corporation has an opening for a highly motivated Quality Engineer.
The Quality Engineer ensures new product releases are efficient, effective and meets target timeframes from both a compliance and business perspective; investigate and resolve non-conforming materials; solve product issues. The Quality Engineer acts as Lead Auditor for assigned internal or supplier audits; applies proper statistical methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process capability and evaluate process changes; develops test and inspection procedures; evaluates production samples for conformance to specifications; continuous improvement projects.
Qualified candidates will have three to five years of equivalent work experience. Associates degree preferred. The candidate should possess knowledge of a Romer arm and hand measuring tools. The candidate must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
