Job Requirements:
- Drive Forklifts (sit down, stand up, parts picker) Must pass written and driver test
- Use scan gun for inventory transactions
- Transfer all parts correctly and accurately in our system
- Support production with getting supplies needed to keep lines running (skids, racks, parts, etc.)
- Print pick sheets and pick products accurately
- Fill Kanban and line side bins in MTM, CAT, BH, Weld areas as needed
- Support paint unload, by moving and transferring parts in scan gun to correct location
- Move finished product to cold storage and outside
- Ability to keep up with production lines - fast pace environment
- Outside yard work as needed
- Deliver parts to stock locations
- Remove/dispose cardboard & garbage to dumpsters (daily)
- Ship and Receive UPS
- Cross-train in all departments/jobs, must be flexible to move around
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 51lbs. with either assistance of hoist or Team lifting
- Ability to bend and reach continuously
- Ability to work overhead frequently
- Pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching forward/backward/overhead and grasping are continuous job requirements
- Repetitive movements are continuous requirements
