Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment

- Ensure functional and aesthetic quality of product
- Create and maintain a well-kept work area.
- Communicate professionally and effectively to peers, line leaders, supervisory staff, QC and management
- Ability to operate a label printer
- Good computer skills required
- Painting and preparing parts
- Painting includes general touch-up of parts on moving conveyor
- Knowledge of the touch-up paint guns and use of automatic spray equipment
- Preparation includes sanding and preparing parts (repaints) prior to being painted
- Daily set-up
- Mixing paint
- General clean up and maintenance of paint room and booths
- Inspecting of painted parts
- Other duties as required by supervisor
- Working with chemicals
- Working in confined spaces
- Ability to work in Prehang and Line Unload as needed
- Ability to lift up to 51 lbs. with either assistance of hoist or Team lifting
- Standing is a continuous daily requirement
- Pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching grasping are continuous daily requirements
