2nd Shift and Weekend Welders

We currently have a openings for 2nd Shift and Weekend Welders.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible to ensure quality of all welded parts and processes
  • Make subjective decisions such as weld quality or the usefulness of a part or supply
  • Will be required to program and touch up weldments using the robot after a 30-day training period
  • Must have the ability to wire weld .035 & .045 wire
  • Able to read various measuring devices
  • Able to read and understand blue prints and diagrams
  • Must be able to use various hand tools
  • Must be able to remember and follow simple procedures

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing is a continuous daily job requirement; 10+ hours a day
  • Lifting 20-50 lbs. is continuous
  • Lifting over 50 lbs. is occasional and requires the use of a hoist
  • Pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting and stooping is a continuous daily requirement
  • Reaching, grasping and repetitive movement is a continuous daily requirement
  • Required to wear welding helmet, safety glasses, ear plugs, weld jacket, sleeves, gloves and steel toe shoes
  • Repetitively work overhead using a heavy weld whip
  • Lifting 20-50 lbs. is frequently required every day
  • Carrying product 20-50+ lbs. is frequently required every day
  • Pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and stooping is a continuous daily requirement
  • Reaching, grasping, and repetitive movement is a continuous daily requirement
