We know that good quality keeps costs down; rework is expensive and we make every effort to make it right the first time, every time. From our hiring and training practices, to our shop floor, we set the bar high. Our trained professionals are passionate in preventing and correcting product and process challenges. Amerequip’s quality expertise includes:
- Our Quality Manager is a seasoned Black Belt in Six Sigma, along with a growing resource base including multiple green and yellow belts throughout all departments.
- Our Supplier Quality Engineer ensures quality requirements are maintained by our supply-base partners
- ISO 9001: 2015 Certification, where customer focus and continuous improvement aren’t just buzzwords; they drive everything we do. Our most recent recertification was in July, 2017.
- APQP, utilized as a critical part of program management and product design, aids in the discipline we have in new product development.
- We use PPAP design verification methods internally for all new part introductions.
